Earthenware polychrome plate hightfiring decoration with revolutionary Nevers 1789
Hight firing earthenware plate aboard shortcircuited in polychrome decor of an oval cartouche surrounded with three branches of roses attaches by a blue knot with lively quot inscription "long life the nation the law the king". It is an echo to the civic solemn promise of 1791 it gives the hope of happiness to the people who found freedom and peace across this solemn promise. Wing person honoured for his service of leaves and flowers. Similar piece in the collection Heitschel p132 n 217. Nevers circa 1789
